The end of an era - what a particular feeling that is. The feeling of relief and fright and excitement and anxiety. As I grow older, and perhaps wiser, I feel less afraid of the unknown. I see bits of the characteristics of my father, the indifference towards change and adversity. Unless death is knocking on your door, anything, any obsticle or hardship can be overcome. It may not always be pretty, but at least we will live another day to see. 

 

There is nothing to fear but death. Death is the only irreversible path.
